Nivada Grenchen offers a 14-day return period for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Swiss-made watch. Please note that customized orders and watches with removed protective films are ineligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective stickers are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location for secure transit.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
